Cardinal Heating & Air Conditioning

I couldn't have asked for better service in any aspect. Typically, these days, I'm pessimistic when contemplating a large home purchase like an air conditioner. We were in the midst of a week of 90° weather & in need of a new air conditioner! The receptionist, Jeff Suchomel, & the installers were fantastic! The receptionist's call back & appointment scheduling time was impeccable. Jeff provided great knowledgeable, sound advice without giving the dreaded long "hard sale." The installers were friendly, professional, & thorough. I can say, I have great confidence in the work and quality of our newly installed air conditioner! I, wholeheartedly recommend & support this great local business!

Outstanding service. I had put in a call for a leaky water softener. Matt came out fully prepared with all potential replacement parts. After taking a look at the unit he called the manufacturer about warranty coverage and found out that all materials were covered. He swapped out the unit, gave me some tips on settings/cycles, and even gave my dog all the attention she wanted. Super friendly, good price, and made the extra effort in talking to the manufacturer about warranty coverage.

Cardinal Heating installed my furnace 29 years ago when my house was built, and now they've replaced it for the first time along with the installation of an air conditioner. Good, solid, dependable, reliable business. Pleasant staff. Quite satisfied. I will continue to rely on Cardinal for my heating, air conditioning, electrical, and plumbing needs. I sent Cardinal an online message late at night, they called immediately the next day and got someone out to fix our water heater. They installed a new one in an hour and left no mess. I received an up front estimate before installation. Their pricing is average with those around the Madison area. Very happy! Alex did a great job.

I am very pleased with Cardinal’s customer service technical expertise and efficiency with a timeline. It also doesn’t hurt that they don’t charge you to the point of breaking your pocketbook. Thank you again Andy and Matt you guys are awesome.
