Action Plumbing, Heating, Air & Electrical

We have had Action Plumbing at our house several times and each time we were very satisfied with their work. The first time it was when our very old furnace finally went out. Troy helped us decide which model was best for us. He even came out to adjust the settings at no cost. The second time was to have our ducts clean. Very friendly workers even with our barking dog. They were in and out in a relatively short time, but were thorough. Third time was to replace our AC. Prices are reasonable and fair. I'd highly recommend Action Plumbing, Heating, Air & Electrical.

Not real happy with the service I received. I called to have a new toilet installed, they showed up the next day. After installing the toilet it didn’t work properly. He had to take it completely apart and redo everything. It cost more to install the toilet then it cost for the toilet. We called again because the furnace wasn’t working properly. The technician said it was a sensor that controlled how hot it got. The technician was able to get the furnace working but said he had to order the sensor. He said he would call the next day. After not hearing from them for a few days we called them. Apparently they were calling our old phone number, (we haven’t used the old number for at least ten years and we had told them the new number). Also our number was on the service order. A few days later they showed up and installed the sensor. That evening the furnace stopped working again. We called and a technician showed up an hour later. He told us the sensor wasn’t installed properly and the first technician should have known better. Well after all this he had to bypass something and he got it working. He said we should keep an eye on it and let him know if it got too hot. (We got the feeling that he wasn’t sure if he did the repair work right. It did work properly but we were very concerned about the furnace overheating. We also had asked both technicians to have someone call about replacing a copper water pipe in the basement. No one ever called to ask about the furnace or about the pipe replacement. Not really happy with the service we received and we’ll be using another company in the future. Update; I was surprised to receive a call this morning from action. They really wanted to make things right. They are sending a technician out to review the work that was done to the furnace. That will make us feel better knowing it will work properly this fall.

Fast efficient service. Needed a new water heater. Called them on Monday morning and they came Monday afternoon and installed a new one. The installer,Taylor, did an excellent job. Would call them again for any plumbing needs.

I called and was promised a plumber the next day. The plumber (Matt) called and came out within 30 minutes of his call the next day. Matt was friendly and knowledgeable. He determined the cause of our problem and had it repaired in 30-40 minutes. He allowed me to watch and explained everything he was doing. Great job. We intend to use them again when needed.

We were very impressed with Taylor's work replacing our garbage disposal. He was fast and did a great job. I was happy with the pricing and also able to use a $25 coupon . I wouldn't hesitate to call Action again.
