I am rating him 5 stars without having any work done. I called about a stuck garbage disposal, and he gave me recommendations (Crank on underside of disposal, and electrical reset switch on disposal) instead of coming over charging me for this simple fix (which fixed my problem). Although, he may have lost on one service call to my house in the short term, I feel he will be my plumber into the future. Morals and integrity.

Brian is an outstanding master plumber. My husband and I have hired him for small and large jobs. I appreciate that he is a perfectionist in every job that he does. He has completed work on our 10 year old house as well as our 100 year old farmhouse. His prices are reasonable and more importantly, he really gives you an honest opinion on what you really need. I have a tendency to want the largest water heater, more expensive brand of faucet or toilet, or water filtration system and Brian takes the time explain the pro's and con's, more expensive isn't always better, although there are times when spending a little more on something is well worth it. That goes for items that I have purchased myself as well as those I have asked him to order from a plumbing supply store. He is fair and honest. We have dealt with many professionals and he is one of the few that we will continue to use for the long term.
