Sinclair Plumbing, Inc.

Went with Sinclair plumbing when I built my house and found Rich and his team to be highly capable and easy to deal with. When I added a full bath in the basement they were my one and only call. I am a customer for life and highly recommend them.

I've used Sinclair plumbing for all of my plumbing needs from the time my house was built to now 20 years later and I could not think of a better team of people to rely on when I need help! If you want people that care about doing a good job and go the extra mile, call Sinclair Plumbing!!

Called to have them install a battery back-up sump pump. At least a $1000 job. Said a plumber would call me back to answer some questions I had. No one called me back. Called again. No one called me back. Called a 3rd time (shame on me for giving them a 3rd chance). A plumber finally called. Asked for a quote. Never received a call back with a quote. Obviously very busy and doesn't need my money. Will go elsewhere.

In my opinion if you have a small job with no obstacles DON'T call Sinclair Plumbing. I had a faucet put in for outside use.It took 3 hours to run 40 feet of plastic tubing to faucet. When I got the bill I called several times to talk with the owner about the bill, never talked to him. The plumber that did the job called and told me NEVER to call again.

Totally satisfied with the service and cost. Rich was completely professional yet personable. I wouldn't think twice about having Sinclair Plumbing Inc in my home with my family. If you need a plumber, call Sinclair!!!!
