On time, found the issue right away. Staff in office was helpful
I am giving five stars because they ultimately did a good job, they answered the phone and had a technician out when they said they would. The biggest issue we had was the technician must have been having a bad day because when he got to our house he wasn't the friendliest guy. Also I have had some techs clean up when they were done, this one not so much. After the work was done they did accept an online coupon and ultimately the cantankerous technician did seem to do good job and removed a sizeable amount of roots. Update. Drain clogged three days later spoke to Deanna at twirl and they had a technician out same day.
10 minutes before church on Super Bowl Sunday, our main line backs up into the basement. Fortunately the problem was stable. Our regular plumber recommended TWIRL and another service (Appleton - based, which we called first, because that’s how they were listed - alphabetically in the phone directory) . We got an answering machine from the first service. We then called TWIRL as we finished worship services. The lady on the phone was pleasant and efficient. We were home only about 15 minutes when Jon arrived! He was obviously sensitive as to not tracking up our floors. Jon had us back in service in under 2 hours hours - disputes a couple of unforeseen issues that slowed his progress (70 yr old home and a cemented-over service port!). Jon’s efficiency allowed us to keep our late afternoon get together on track. He was very informative, keeping us informed on his progress, and was personable as well!!! All aspects of our sudden need and contact with TWIRL were very positive, Including the incredibly reasonable prices-particularly for a Super Bowl Sunday morning! TWIRL has our highest recommendations and gratitude. Oh, and the other company out of Appleton… We still haven’t heard back from them, and Jon’s been gone almost an hour now!
Called Twirl to unclog upstairs bathroom sink. House is over 100 years old. Excellent job, quick and clean. Haven't had this much water pressure in sink in years. Definitely would recommend.
