They are very upfront on price and always get the job done correctly the first time. I don't even think about going anywhere else! They are exceptional!

Very happy with my latest service visit! Chad came out and accessed our sub pump, suggested it to be replaced rather than repaired (which I agreed with). He made some other adjustments to our set up to make sure it was working efficiently which I appreciated. Everything was said and done within an hour, and he was cool with our 3 overly excited dogs. I appreciated how the office staff was very attentive with my situation and kept in communication with me about the appointment time. Thanks again!

Very disappointing considering I’m a “Diamond Club” member and pay $100 a year to be part of this service. I had an appointment set and was told the plumber would be there in the afternoon, I took off work to be there and at 3p in the afternoon I get a call telling me they wouldn’t be coming because my issue wasn’t was important as others that have an actual emergency. The rep from Vern’s was not the easiest person to work with, she gave ZERO alternatives and told me “others have actual emergencies, you have a leaky shower head.” Seriously, who says that? Basically Vern’s Plumbing values business based on if others problems that outweigh yours even if you’re part of their Diamond Club or have an appointment scheduled. I had to be assertive and demand they come first thing in the morning, and the rep still pushed back and wouldn’t schedule anything. I refused to give up and she finally caved and booked it for 8a with Tom (super nice guy BTW). There was zero apology or offer to waive a service fee even though I had an appointment booked and took off work to be there. It’s truly unbelievable the way I was treated and certainly a poor business model. I asked for the owner to call me, but yet have not received a call from Rick. I must be a really valuable customer.
