I used them as a plumber for a few years. I had the owner sell me a pump as a spare, this pump was supposed to fix this the pump in my building.It was a different make so I was a little leery, but he said it would work. It was the wrong one I found out later. My pump failed on a Sunday and I tried to replace it with the one he sold me. No go it did not work, so I asked them to replace the broken pump with a new one. They went to Menards to get a new one, charging me time and materials. I told them I would pay for the correct pump but not the labor. He said no way. I told him you sold me the wrong pump in the beginning after asking two or three times will this pump work. So I ask to pay for half of the labor. He said no. I will NOT use them for anything. He is only out to make a buck any way he can. Can't trust him.

Beno Plumbing is my #1 choice because of the positive experiences I've had with them in the past. In this case, I had a leaky valve in my basement that I thought needed to be replaced. I talked with Corey from Beno plumbing and he explained that there was a possible fix that I could try myself and save a service call. And it worked! They could have easily charged me to come out and turn a valve, but Corey chose to do the right thing. It's nice to know that there are still ethical businesses out there in this day and age. I had sent the same e-mail to 3 local plumbing contractors late on a weeknight, it explained our hot water pressure problem and I stated we are willing to do whatever it takes to fix the problem. One contractor never responded, another responded the next day calling my wife and really pushing her to agree to new water heater install for well over $1000 w/out anyone even setting foot in our door. But they were to late. Meanwhile, Kory from Beno Plumbing responds to my late night email, calls the wife and gets a tech here all before noon that day. Problem Solved!!!! Cut 2 pipes, cleaned corrosion, soldering back together.... It was less than a half hour total. We couldn’t believe we got someone here in less than 12 hours from my initial contact, and that problem was fixed for less than $200. Vs, whatever that other plumber was trying to push on us....
