I had Macus today ro fix my drywall that was left behind due to plumbing work done. He arrived at the time of the appt. 8:06 am to be exact. I was about to bring the kids to school and my husband is suppose to meet him. However, he ran late due to a tree or pole down near work area. So I asked Marcus to wait for me under a rainy morning. He was very courteous and understanding. He fixed my wall like no trace of any holes or cut from the plumber at all. He retextured it eventhough it is not the company's responsibility as I was rold by my Warranty Insurance co. Thank you, Marcus for an excellent job done! If you will be assigned to PCS, ask for Marcus.
