Advanced Plumbing Heating & Air

Our water line broke between the city service and our house. Our home builder used cheap plastic piping instead of copper or other strong metal. Cal (who is great) was able to replace the entire line in one day without tearing up our front yard. The only reason that I gave four stars instead of five is that the charge was very expensive. We only had one choice if we wanted a warranty for the work: that was to replace the entire line, instead of a repair where there would not be a warranty. I believe any work should have a warranty and not be pressured to pay a very expensive bill just to get a warranty. We are talking $4800 compared to $480 and we are retired and on a fixed budget and that really hurt. I am updating my comments above. I was contacted by the owner of Advanced Plumbing, Dan, and we had a clarifying discussion regarding the warranty of work done by Advanced Plumbing. I found out that any work done by Advanced does come with a warranty and that the mis-communication that we had will be cleared up. Dan was kind enough to work with us and was able to meet our satisfaction 100%. I will still recommend Advanced Plumbing to my neighbors as they did an excellent job. I appreciate Dan contacting us and clearing up any misunderstandings that we had. I appreciate him working with us.

I would strongly recommend this company to anyone in need of sewer repair. The gentlemen who arrived were friendly and very efficient in the repairs.
