Seider Heating, Plumbing & Electrical

The service call we had was terrific. He initially tried to walk me through some steps to save some money; which I greatly appreciated. But I wanted someone who knew what they were doing to look at it. Two hours later, Mike R. Was at my house fixing the problem. He explained clearly what happened and what he did. He also made me aware of secondary electrical issues, called the office and set up the appointment. Furthermore, he was a real nice, personable guy-easy to do business with! FIVE STAR experience

Man.... These people were fantastic! They made an old furnace take out and a new furnace install look easy! Very professional, clean workmanship, friendly and knowledgeable!! In fact they did such a great job on my parents place and on my sister's place; I hired them as well. They installed my new AC and heater in November so they couldn’t test the Air. But they came back out and made sure everything was up and running in Spring. Thanks again for the great workmanship!!

I have used Seider since I bought my first home and they have never disappointed. They are quick to respond and their team is experienced, knowledgeable and thorough. My life is hectic enough so to know that I can rely on them in an emergency means I don't have to worry. I have referred them to family, friends, colleagues and even strangers and will continue to do so. Always a great experience with Seider Heating!!

Called a week ago to have a check of our 30 year-old central air unit. Scheduled an appointment for today, between 8 and noon. My husband took the morning off, and called Seider at 11 to get an eta. Was told the tech would be at our place around noon. I arranged to come home on my lunch break and take a bit of PTO if need be, so my husband could go to work. Seider called back a few minutes later, said the job earlier in the morning took longer than expected, and the tech would be at our place sometime after 130. So...we'd have to take MORE time off, in the hopes someone would show up? UNACCEPTABLE. We cancelled the appointment and we won't be calling back. My husband took 4 hours PTO, with nothing to show for it. We'll find a company that values our time.

It was the best experience I have had with a contractor. Justin was the most informed person that I have talked to. I don’t remember the name of the other person that was with him, he was also very knowledgeable. So pleasant to work with. I have already recommended the company to a friend. I will use this company again when needed for heating, plumbing and electrical. Ro
