Had a plumbing emergency on a Sunday evening. They answered the phone right away and were able to come out within an hour to help us out. Did a great job with the repair. These guys are awesome!!!
I have been trying to get an invoice corrected for some time now. First I will start with Sharon. She does not listen when trying to explain your issue over the phone which as a customer is quite frustrating. I was sent the 1st bill that was absolutely off and adding fees that didn't exist. Today received a revised invoice stating the Plumber was at my home for 5 hours which I have on my home camera he was not. I explained everything to Sharon and emailed very detailed information. Still the invoice is completely off. Now I am waiting for a call from the owner Rich to hopefully get clarification and settle my bill. A lot is to be said when you have everything on camera.
