Stainless Specialists has outstanding service. We had a project that required completion on a tight deadline and they made us their priority and got it done the same day. Mason was excellent to work with as he provided exceptional customer service and masterful expertise in offering solutions to our problems. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

Stainless specialists is the most professional and courteous company I have ever used for HVAC work.There Is no BS with them. They're always very anxious to help and give good advice over the phone and when they come here for a service call they are expeditious, friendly and incredibly helpful. Their fees are more than reasonable and they are in-and-out. I have used stainless specialists for a few years now after becoming incredibly irritated and disgusted with my previous incompetent HVAC company. Their service person, Eric, is amazing and was quick to diagnose that my motor was failing In my antiquated York furnace. Eric removed the motor from the system and made sure he got the right motor to fit the furnace. I've never been so happy with a company or a service person so thank you very much. Ken,their service manager, is amazingly sincere and more than willing to help. I wish stainless specialists handled every one of my trades person needs so I wouldn't have to go anywhere else for service. You will not be disappointed by them- in fact you will be pleasantly surprised. I couldn't recommend them more

Outstanding service and work ethic. Quick to respond to our after hours call and very personable and knowledgeable technicians. Upon completion of the repair, the technician cleaned up so well you wouldn't even had known he was there. Will definitely be calling Stainless Specialists for any issues that may arise in the future.

I had to file a claim through my home warranty company and Randy was the technician that was assigned. He was professional yet kind at the same time. He explained the problem I was having and he did it in detail so I understood. I appreciate the time he spent fixing the issue and the time he took letting me know what I needed to do to avoid the problem in the future. Thank you Randy!
