Dan and Gregg have taken good care of me. Gregg stopped out to the house to evaluate my needs and I was surprised when Dan was the one to actually come do the work. I utilized them to get a whole home humidifier installed in my house and it has made a considerable difference. We asked Dan's to come in for an annual check up before the cold weather hit and the Tech came out to the house and looked through everything and when he was done, he came back with all the adjustments that he made and the reasons behind those adjustments. It was a real education for my wife and I, because we just didn't know a lot about our furnace. It was awesome to get a service person to share that much knowledge with us and help us understand our house equipment.
