Called Oyen for a project and had a great conversation and they were going to come out and look at the project, I was flexible for Tuesday or Wednesday after work at 3. Was told they would call me back for what day they wanted to come out on one of those days. I never received a call and haven't heard anything back.
They were courteous on the phone and in person - we needed them for a semi-emergency; they got there fast, did the job right, and for a fair price. We'll call them again.
These guys are awesome! Speedy, knowledgable, friendly, great to work with.
