We just had a baby in the middle of a heat wave and our AC stopped working. They were at our home in half an hour and they obtained the needed parts and got things cooled down within 24 hours. Bill himself stopped over to check on things and took the time to show some love to my ridiculously intense cats. This business is gold.
Scheduled a furnace checkup, several times Bills Plumbing and Heating never called when they said they would. Scheduled a new appointment, they did not show up. After the no show, called to ask if they were delayed, was told they would take care of it. Bill's Plumbing and Heating was recommended to me by several people. I'm sure they do good work, but their customer service could use a revamp.
My water heater stopped working at some point during the day yesterday. I called and left a message last night and received a call this morning to set up a time. He said that they had one appointment right away this morning but would try to get to me asap. They were here 30 min later! It only took about 10-15 min to fix the minor problem and before he left he gave a brief explanation of what the problem was. This was my third experience with Bill's Plumbing and Heating, and I've always been very happy with the end results.
