600 dollars and my kitchen sink still leaking. Are you kidding me???? 600 DOLLARS!!!! FOR A COUPLE OF PLASTIC PEICES AND 1 HOUR ON THE JOB!??? AND HALF ASSED THE JOB DIDNT EVEN COMPLETLY FIX??? REDICULOUS
My wife scheduled an appointment for Sunday between 8am-12pm. 30 minutes before noon on Sunday I received a call from the office person telling me the plumber would be at my home between noon and 12:30pm. I understand that sometimes unforseen things can happen and I was fine with the possible 30 minute delay. However, 7 minutes past 1pm I called the office back since I had not seen or heard from the plumber. The same office person I had spoken with just over an hour earlier with tried telling me that there was no appointment scheduled. After much insistence by me that there was in fact an appointment she suddenly remembered that she spoke with the plumber not 30 minutes earlier and he was on his way. Beyond ridiculous and frustrating. I will never use their services and I would recommend that anyone else looking for a plumber consider another business.
