I had purchased a HUD home in 2015 and Union City gave me excellent initial help in troubleshooting the couple of plumbing issues that the home had via E-mails before I even hired them. Then, once I did hire them and they came out, they were efficient in their assigned duties and when they found out, upon actual inspection, that the well needed a new pressure tank to get the system working again they were almost apologetic to me that they didn't have what I needed in stock and they would have to order the part. They are FRIENDLY! They are KNOWLEDGEABLE! They are EFFICIENT & CAPABLE! They are FIRST CLASS! And, in my thought on it, quite reasonable in price. I haven't had the need to use them again since their services in '15, but if and when I do, I'm calling no one else but them.
