I would have given a zero star if possible. I call up the number because my colleague had a good experience with stack plumbing which was a family run business. First minute into the call, realized this is new ownership. After much discussion on what they would do on a service call (fee at $69), we agreed to schedule same day appointment. It was scheduled for 1-3pm. I get a call at 11:30am from customer service saying that tech is on his way as he had free time. If he can't do now, it has to be some other day. I asked them: Isn't it ridiculous expecting customer leave what s/he is doing and run to attend them? Todd, GM calls me after few minutes and says he can't service me because I was rude. I am glad that this engagement with "All Reds" ended here, if it is so unprofessional with planning, how bad can their work be?

Stack plumbing installed a new water connection for a relocated fridge. The result looks professional and they appear to have used all the right materials and techniques. The final price was slightly below the estimate. I also called later with a clogged drain and Jim recommended I find someone else who could "jet" the pipes which he thought would work better than if he used a drain snake. I consider that a good honest response.

My recent experience with Stack Plumbing restored my faith in service providers! I found Jim Stack and his staff to be very knowledgeable and professional. They listened to my concerns and promptly addressed them without taking unnecessary time to resolve them. I highly recommend Stack Plumbing to troubleshoot your plumbing issues and handle them to your complete satisfaction! Truth be known, there are two sides to a story when it comes to relying on the rare and few negative reviews some people tend to post.

Quick, efficient and reasonably priced. I would use again but hopefully won't have to!
