Jeff came in for a leak inspection. He wasted 2 hours of my time and couldn't tell that my faucet in the garage was leaking. He came up with every other possibilities except the obvious one in front of his eyes. Then he said that sorry I can't find where all this water came from, maybe it was just an accident a one time thing??? Really Jeff??? He wanted to change me $85 for his trip change, eventhough he wasted my time for absolutely nothing. When I objected he said that I have to pay him something since he showed up to my house. I had to pay him $40 for NOTHING! Needless to say that the next plumber I called figured it out right away and said I can see the faucet is leaking. Made a mistake to call Jeff for a simple and obvious plumbing issue that he couldn't figure out!
