Repipe 1

I had my town home re-piped and it required my luxury vinyl flooring to be removed. I specifically asked the guys if they were sure they knew how to remove them without damaging it so that I could dry them out and fit them back in and they said yes. They ended up ripping the floors out and completely damaging them. This has now cost me almost $1000 to get new flooring. I complained to repipe 1 office and spoke to the owner called David Tash. He promised to email me an estimate proposal to cover the flooring cost but never did. Now i call the office everyday and they keep saying David is not available. Eventually they said that they have decided not to cover the cost. This is so unfair and I am so upset about this. I will never use this company again and I advise you all to stay far away from them. They need to be accountable for damages caused and take ownership of it.
