I wish I could give a quarter star. This company is nothing more than rip off artists. They sent 2 plumbers instead of one so billed me for twice the time even though one of the plumbers only sat around and watched. They estimated only an hour of work but billed me for three. On top of everything else the work sucked. I had to redo half the work myself. STAY AWAY from this plumber!
This company deserves negative stars to the highest power (to infinity and back). I have never experienced such unprofessional and poor service in the 47 years I have been on this earth. I feel that this company does not even adhere to their own policy of a 30 day warranty on labor. My family has dealt with this company for years. We were fortunate in that we have not needed their services for a while. I know it has to be under new management because their customer service and work ethic has drastically changed. I would not recommend this company to my enemy. Small businesses must realize that their reputation means a lot. Word of mouth is what gets you customers theses days. They upset my mom. I feel like my family has been robbed of close to $600.00. We still have a problem with our toilet and that is what they were suppose to have fixed. I believe in Karma. People need to treat others the way they would like themselves or their loved ones to be treated. There are so many other companies out there that have a sense for morals, values and a conscience.
They charge $180 per hour for labor. And tacked on fee after fee when THEY didn't fix it right the first time and had to come back. My parents are senior citizens taking care of a disabled son and they had to choose to have this fixed or groceries for the week. It was $880 to clean a coil and put more Freon in the system. Completely unprofessional and didn't treat my parent's home with respect. As soon as they left, it broke again. My parents called back and the tech came back and said "Oh, I didn't think to look at this other part". HOW IS THAT OUR FAULT??? We are calling the BBB as well as 12 On Your Side. This is not fair. You can't run around town taking advantage of people and expect it to be ok.
Never in my life have I seen such a Renda‘s service lack of customer service and downright rude this is Keene plumbing. Do not use them. Unless you like throwing away your money. I have a simple service call the fix a small leak for an irrigation system they did not fix the problem at all and charge me $285 to shut off the emergency water valve well congratulations. You have lost my business forever and I will never use you again. They should be reported to the Better Business Bureau and never allowed to go to anyone’s house ever again.
Kane Plumbing clearly is a hardworking, hometown company. The plumber came out and did a great job in assessing my leaking system, and did so in an extremely timely fassion . The biggest thing was the friendly nature of the men servicing my system, and I will for sure call them in the future!
