Dominick @ Allied Plumbing has serviced my home, my rental property, and I’ve also referred them to friends who’ve immediately texted me after the work was completed to rave about the service. Dominick is punctual, he fixes the issue(s), his prices are very reasonable, and he’s courteous and professional. Dominick was originally a referral from a neighbor/friend, but he’s quickly become our family plumber. Absolutely 5 stars!

Do yourself a favor and call another plumbing company. Don't waste your time here. It's difficult to get anyone on the phone. I was given an appointment window btwn noon to five, so I took off work. No call, no show. When I called to confirm they were still set to come out, my only option was to leave a voicemail. No one ever came & I ended up calling another company like I should have in the first place. Just bad business!

The owner of this company is flat out rude and uncommunicative. Honestly the past reviews are pretty spot on. I did not choose this company by choice, instead my home warranty company contracted this company to do the work. I made sure to tell them to spare other customers the trouble and not to assign work to this guy. I assume he is the sole person in the company. This is evident by the fact that there's not even a secretary to answer the phone. There's honestly nothing wrong about that and I understand that comes with small business territory. However when your voicemail says to leave a message and "I will return your call by the end of the business day" one would expect that he would. So you call, leave a message and wait in earnest for a call back. Close of business comes and no call back. Well maybe he had a late job so hopefully in the morning the next day I would be called back right? Nope. So the next day what do I do around noon? Call and leave another message. Toward the end of the working day I call again. If only there was someone hired specifically to take phone calls and schedule service jobs...that would be smart. After calling back my home warranty company that almost four working days has passed and I've yet to get in contact with him to SCHEDULE the work they put me on hold and said they would call him. Lady told me it went to voicemail. She said she'd make a note and email him. We got off the phone. I assume she left a message and about ten minutes later Allied finally called me back only to call me obnoxious for leaving multiple messages. "My voicemail says I'll call back by the end of the business day" "That's obviously not true since I called yesterday and left a message and I did not get a call back" "I got no messages from you yesterday" So calling me obnoxious and a liar sounds like someone who must have $$$$$$$$$ and doesn't need any further business. I promptly called my home warranty company and had them just do a pay out for the broken part and I'd find a company who knows how to talk to customers. Ironically after hanging up on him he called me back again and again and again and again!!! I had to block his phone number since he was OBNOXIOUSLY blowing up my phone!

We found Dominick through our home warranty company and we have continued to use him even after our warranty expired. We purchased an older home with many plumbing issues and he always calls before showing up, is very courteous, and fixes issues quickly and efficiently. Great communicator! Best of all, his prices can't be beat! Highly recommended!!!

All of these reviews are the same and are all accurate. He must only work through warranty companies and just tries to screw people over. He is rude and does not communicate. He never calls people back after leaving voicemails. Never follows up and misdiagnosed our issue bc he was unwilling to spend any more than 5 minutes at our house. He then assured us he would be back the following Monday between 8am-12pm. Never showed. I come to find out later that he had called our warranty company, told them the incorrect information about why he couldn't fix the issue, and was never intending to come back. Wasted my entire day waiting for him. I informed my warranty company that I never want to work with him again.
