F H Furr Plumbing Heating Air Conditioning

Horrible Customer Service Booked an appointment for Electric service today between 10-11AM. FH FURR neglected to call me and tell me that they had an emergency that would cancel my time. Because I have dealt with FH FURR's horrible customer service before, I had gotten into the habit of calling their switch board to find out an estimated time of arrival. It was a good thing because, despite the nice lady on the other end, I was told my appointment could not happen because of the emergency. I asked, "when was someone going to call me to make other arrangements?" I understand emergencies and I would have been much more receptive if I had gotten a phone call not having the customer (me) call during the time frame to find out how long until my tech will get there. This was a very disappointing day because we only had this time. Now I have to go with someone else because FH FURR cannot give me the service I pay for, yes that is the best part; THIS SERVICE CALL IS PART OF MY CONTRACT WITH FH FURR. My question to other people, are you getting what you Paise for with FH FURR?
