We had this company put in two new air-conditioning units last October. When we turned on the air-conditioning for this summer there was a substantial noise which we believed to be the compressor. This company was very quick and communicated very well in trying to fix the problem. Great Service - No Sales!! Went to other companies who were good but recommended we replace our entire unit. Working with Nichols & Phipps was so nice b/c they were not trying to sell me, they fixed the main issues and added freon. Saved us the thousand's of dollars other companies were recommending.
