Excellent and timely service! David is friendly, and took extra time to explain procedures and made sure my wife and I were comfortable with how the new water heater operated. I will use Richardson Plumbing for future work and recommend them to all my friends. Nice to know there are still Master craftsmen in Hampton Roads who have the skills to provide this type of quality workmanship.

David was really responsive. He came and looked at the problem and tried a quick fix and told us to call if the problem persisted. We called him back and he came the next morning and replaced the plastic part with a metal more durable one. He is outgoing and pleasant and someone you are happy to have in your home. We will definitely call him if we have other issues and are pleased to recommend him to others.

Very Knowledgeable and a very nice guy! He answered all of our questions, located the issue and didn't waste time solving our plumbing problem. He went above and beyond normal customer service, giving us advice on how to fix other issues in the house. I will be calling him back when we are ready to reinstall the plumbing after remodeling the bathrooms. I highly recommend giving him a call.

Dave Richardson is my "go to" for ANY plumbing issue. He is sooooo knowledgeable and professional and gets the job done right! I love being able to call and schedule service and know that DAVE will be the one responding to the call and fixing the problem. Over the years I have wasted so much time and money on plumbing companies that send out semi-skilled/inexperienced plumbers, NEVER again! 2nd review... I am a REPEAT customer. Called on Dave again this time to replace my main rusty shutoff valve and my old and leaking outside spigot. I am so happy with the end result. I love the peace of mind you get knowing that a job was done right and for the right price. A+ person and professional!
