Came out to fix our clogged washing machine drain pipe and was in and out no problem. Cleared 3 clogs for a very reasonable fee and I'm very happy with the end result!
Bill was referred to us when we were in a critical situation. During one of our Nor'easter Storms with very high winds. A Big Tree in our back yard fell on our house. The tree caused severe damage to our house. It put a hole in our roof into the attic, damaged the gutter and chimney. During the removal of the tree off the house we started to have plumbing problems. Water started backing up in our bathroom. We later discovered the tree not only damaged the roof, attic, gutter and chimney. It hit the air vent pipe that goes down into the bathroom and down to the bottom of the house and connects our sewer pipes under the house. The pipes were knocked loose causing back up in the bathroom and sewage running under the bottom of the house. Which damaged our crawl space moisture barrier that we had to replace. We were not aware the tree falling caused so much damage. We had to shut our bathroom down could not use it, no commode, showers, no running water in the house, kitchen and laundry room. We had to get a plumber, Bill was a referral. We called Bill and got an immediate response. He came out that night and assessed the problem. We called our insurance company got it approved, called Bill and he was out the next couple of days and went into action. We had GREAT RESPONSE TIME. When we called he was VERY SENSITIVE TO OUR NEED for URGENT HELP. He got us up and running that night. He has GREAT PROFESSIONAL SKILLS and IS A SPEEDY WORKER. His QUALITY of WORK IS VERY VERY DETAILED and THOROUGH. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND he do your plumbing work needs. Kudos to Bill outstanding job. Bessie, Ruben and Kim Pritchett
