I had been having some AC issues which required a few visits to repair my unit and each time, the team that arrived were professional, courteous and kept me informed about what the issue may be - and some things to look for if I were to encounter the same issues again. The employees were great about giving me an accurate time frame of when they would be here so that I could coordinate it with my job and family. That is greatly appreciated as some companies will have you waiting all day. Great experience with Cassidy’s and I recommend them for any AC issues you may encounter.

Put in a service call to Home Serve for AC repair on Sunday evening. Nick from Cassidy’s responded Monday and resolved the problem within an hour. This was during an extreme heat wave and we were very happy we didn’t have to wait days for service. Nick was courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. Would definitely use this company again.

i recently had Tony Espanoso ( sp ) and buck fix my two toilets....we were so frustrated over the three visits from a previous plumber....tony was polite....he listened to us about plumbing probs and went over and beyond to help to old ladies....thank god for people who have great work ethics and really care.....keep doing what your doing my friend....paula and bev.....

We recently upgraded to a tank-less water heater. Tommy, the main supervisor, was very professional, courteous and on time as well as the 2 installers. Great pricing too compared to another company we checked with.
