Total Comfort has the best customer service of any company I have dealt with! Every single person that I have spoken with has been friendly and knowledgeable. In addition, they went out of their way to make sure my elderly father had A/C over they hottest weekend on record, even though he was a new client. Ann & Alex both were caring and compassionate towards his situation. I would highly recommend this company.

These guys were GREAT! We're selling our house and during the housing inspection, they identified a couple of issues (sump pump not working an another plumbing issue). We called Total Comfort at 8AM and they showed up an HOUR later! Everything the tech needed for both jobs he had with him and well before NOON everything was fixed. You just don't see exceptional service like this anymore. We HIGHLY recommend these guys...Zane was particularly AWESOME!

The tech (Zane) who came out for Total Comfort was very friendly and very professional. Arrival - On time and with a courtesy call ahead when he was about 5 out. Preparedness- had everything needed for the call Communication - Zane took the time to explain what he was going to do and then showed all that he had done so that we were sure to understand it. Overall if asked I would have given Zane a five star rating for his workmanship, professionalism and general courtesy. Total Comfort itself was very helpful but sadly the job (hot water replacement) was much more then I would have expected. In fairness I was told upfront what the cost would be and after researching it, it simply was what this type of hot water heater costs. I guess I still remember a 10 cent newspaper...... Anyway, overall from start to finish I would rate my experience a solid 5 out of 5.

Professional, knowledgeable, courteous, considerate. 8/7/19 Zane (Total Comfort Tech) returned to complete plumbing job after receiving ordered materials. As stated before, he is professional, knowledgeable, courteous and considerate. Job completed perfectly, rebuilding master bath sink faucets. Total Comfort is very responsive and highly recommend.

I have used Total Comfort Heating, Air & Plumbing a few times an I have loved my services. They have always been quick to arrive and fix my issues in a timely manner. Every technician that has come to my home has been polite and helpful, making sure I undefstand the issues as well as give me a quote before they start repairing whatever is wrong. I definitely will use them again.
