Highly recommended by major Blacksburg mechanical contractor, accepted appointment 9 days after call, plumber couldn't identify simply branch line clog, left with zero fix and $130 bill arrived. Called back, told too busy and find someone else. Disappointed and believed in local relationships. #sad

Very nice people from the receptionist to the crew. They always try to work you in if it is an emergency. They don’t seem to mind if you watch and ask questions either. Highly recommend.

I got their name from the VT Parents Facebook page and it was a great recommendation! Everyone was super nice and they got me scheduled quickly and their rates were competitive and affordable!

WOW! Is all I can say. I am writing this at 2 am. Someone terrified and with no idea what to do during a plumbing emergency. I called Bobby at 1 am and explained my issue, since it wasn’t too bad he was able to walk me through everything and was EXTREMELY helpful. He not once cut corners or just wanted to rush to get off the phone to get to sleep. He was very helpful and kind. I was so worried calling around 24/7 plumbing that I would be scammed or had to pay a lot of money. Thankfully Bobby was there and he was great! Definitely gave me relief and peace of mind so I can now sleep! But I had to write this review first because he was so helpful!

This company was great to work with. They came out the same day and they were done within an hour. And on top of that they were very affordable! Much better value than other plumbers we've used in the past!
