My elderly parents purchased a new dishwasher through sears and had it written on the order do not haul away old dishwasher. The crew came early... Came at 9 versus 10 to 12. Therefore the authorized person wasn't here yet. They were an hour early. They hauled away the dishwasher and an hour after installation we noticed the dishwasher was missing..... which was the morning of Tuesday..... They said nope can't bring it back till Friday they wouldn't be in the area till then.... and blamed everyone but themselves. Even blamed an elderly man with dementia. Upon calling them Kay Kay said nothing she could do and was hateful she said everything she could was crappy to me and to my elderly mom. Even said if I didn't like Friday they could bring back NEXT WEEK. Bottom line they took it without proper consent and now it can be returned when convenient for them. I will tell everyone I know of this experience. There was nothing wrong with the old dishwasher we were selling It but now we are out that money. Everyone will know of this experience. Never again. Signed..... Waiting 4 days for my dishwasher which they weren't authorized to remove.

An unprofessional and unethical installers. They have no care about the customers and their properties while installing the appliances. They simply ignore/refuse if you come up with any concerns about their installations.

waiting...waiting...waiting for a call back from this Sears installer. Have already paid for product and installation. simply want to schedule.
