Michael was wonderful, knowledgeable and a did a wonderful job with the kitchen repair. He explained everything fully. He was polite and did a quick repair! I'd definitely use again and highly recommend this company. They actually answer the phone And checked to see if I could be worked into their schedule the same day!
Called this company SEVERAL times to schedule work with them, Leslie is obviously too busy in the office to call anyone back or respond to emails. DO NOT USE THEM. They will take WEEKS to go to your home and then NEVER respond to any calls or emails. WASTE OF TIME AND SPACE.
Called this company to repair dripping kitchen and shower faucets. Two young technicians arrived and after taking both apart stated they could not fix and charged us $145. and left a receipt stating they would be in touch about parts and repair. Upon checking our shower discovered shower not functioning at all.Called company and technicians returned,and they did not know shower now not functioning. That evening discovered kitchen faucet had no hot water. Called company again and was told we could pay for an emergency visit to replace faucet.When we stated they "broke" it and we should not have to pay for emergency visit, Leslie, owners wife became agitated but stated they would send the repair estimate soon. 10 days later still had no estimate and called Advanced again. Leslie stated she would not be sending her techs to our home as we accused them of "breaking things" (faucets) in our home.She could not seem to understand that faucets with a drip became completely non functioning for almost 2 weeks. We requested return of our $145. to no avail. We are in our 70's and have owned homes for 45 years and have never experienced such unprofessional service.
We have had a great experience with Advanced Plumbing Services and Mike Napier. Reliable, honest and knowledgeable about the services they provide. We will certainly use them in the future!!
