Michael & Son Services

We've had great experiences with Michael & Son Services. They arrive quickly, and I've never felt like they're trying to sell me anything I don't really need. They're very polite (careful about not getting dirt in the house, etc), and really nice to chat with. I've interacted with 3 different folks at Michael & Son Services, and have been impressed with all of them.

Shawn was absolutely wonderful. Very polite and friendly. More workers should be like him. Jon came today to check our hvac system and he was very polite and friendly like Shawn was. He gave me several recommendations but was not pushy which I sincerely appreciated. He was great!! We will not hesitate calling Michael and son for our future needs.

The technician was courteous and very knowledgeable. He was efficient. He gave my son a Michael and Son’s coloring book which was so sweet. It did look like something you would see out of the 1950’s..topped off at the end with a mother in her 1950’s dress offering a plate of cookies to her son and husband after their hard day’s work. But it was the thought that counted and the man my son watched working hard was a wonderful, kind black man. I’m hoping the company will consider what their actual workforce (and modern day) look like in future representations of their brand.

Seth W. did a great job! He took the time to figure out (and fix) the problem with our thermostat, even though it took a lot longer than anticipated (which was not his fault). We appreciate that he was able to get the issue resolved that afternoon instead of taking the easy way out and coming back another day. Andrew D. and his team did a great job installing our new heat pump. They were clean and quiet and the process went much quicker than we thought it would, which was a pleasant surprise. Charlie went above and beyond the call of duty. He came on a Saturday afternoon to check out our well pump which had stopped working. He then came back the next day (Sunday) and replaced our well pump. It was a hot weekend, but he got our well working so we'd have water again. He could have easily put off the installation for a few days, but he sacrificed his time so that we wouldn't have to be without water on the hottest weekend we'd experienced in awhile. He worked quickly despite the heat and we had water again much sooner than we thought would be possible. We highly recommend him! These guys continue to do a great job every time we have them out to check on something :)
