Quote was not even close to total charge and we were not informed of increase. 1/3 higher on bill than quoted. Charged ridiculous amount for labor. Owner swears they worked 6 hours and he can see that on the GPS (which does not lie). We were home and they spent about 2 hours working, so I guess we paid for lunch and evidently aren't as accurate as a GPS with our own eyes. There was drive time to get parts, but should not take 4.5 hours. Owner was extremely sarcastic and defensive. I grew more frustrated by the moment trying to explain the situation. They did fix our problem, but for a pretty penny. Will avoid using in future at all costs.
Beware of this company. They are extremely high. They don’t provide an itemization of costs and then say they will deduct the $199 fee from your service. The Office Manager Vickie is very argumentative and acts as if she was at the appointment to diagnose the issue and know what the tech said. She further tried to add 3% fee for taking a credit card over the phone and threatened collections if I did not pay the $199. Find another company. Do not deal with them. They are very unprofessional. After they are rude then they tell you Customer satisfaction is very important to them. Avoid them at all costs

I contacted the company through the yellow pages. The office person was very helpful and polite and made the appointment promptly. Greg showed up on time, reviewed my problem and immediately went to work to repair my disposal. The job was done in no time and he left after having cleaned up the site. I highly recommend the company and will call them again without hesitation for any future plumbing needs.
