Appleton Campbell

Our technician was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and courteous and willing to take the time to explain our AC issues thoroughly. While answering our questions, he came up with a set of alternatives to consider for our repairs. We selected the lowest cost option and will move to higher cost repairs when that becomes necessary. And we will use Appleton Campbell for those repairs. We are very satisfied.

Install crew of James K., Steven K, and Zack W. Arrived on time, in marked vehicles and in uniform. All were polite, professional and thorough. They did an excellent job installing a new system and made sure I understood how the system worked and that I knew how to make sure it was operating properly. Very pleased with the system and the gentlemen that installed it. They did haul away everything that needed to be removed, and did a great job cleaning up and answering all my questions!

Glenn provided a very thorough electrical inspection. We had a good discussion where he assessed safety areas, as well as “nice to have options”. I was able to get two nagging issues out of the way with a follow up visit by Shane and Tim. They reconnected an outlet that had been disconnected when we moved our dryer from the second floor to the basement, and install two coach lights at the garage. The work was performed professionally and quickly....so much more effectively and than I could have done myself. I have other electrical work to be done based on my conversation with Glenn, and will definitely use Appleton Campbell in the near future.
