I had an unexpected pleasure today. CroppMetcalfe was coming to install a new heat pump system. You may know the feeling, excited to get a new system, but, not really looking forward to people in and out of the house all day. And that is when I got a surprise, two of the politest young men came for the installation. They worked exceptionally hard, took the time to answer questions, and were extremely helpful and considerate. They were very careful with all the details of installation. When I was zealously researching which brand heat pump to purchase, I learned one thing. It is NOT the brand, but, who you have doing the installation that ultimately matters. I feel confident that CroppMetcalfe gave us the best installation possible. Everyone that I worked with at CroppMetcalfe, Melissa, Dean, Neil, John, and Derek were unfailingly courteous.

Service was great. Very knowledgeable and thorough technician. However, there was confusion on the cost and administrative end. i thought I was getting the $99 special per unit, but ended up being billed by what appeared to be an hourly rate (was not really explained to me). The technician thought I was subscribed to on e of their maintenance plans. Confusing. In the end, i purchased a service agreement (less expensive than the bill as presented to me).

Fixed plumbing issues quickly and went above and beyond to give great service

The person who showed up was very nice. I did however feel they were more interested in selling than fixing an issue.

I had a great experience, the guys were very professional and courteous and finished early.
