My Plumber for Life! After fighting with the county it was a huge weight off my shoulders to have O’Neill Plumbing come to my rescue! Shannon, Megan and their crew were nothing short of amazing! Skilled, knowledgeable, professionals that know the biz! I can’t rave enough about them! So if you are in need of a plumber and want the best O’NEILL PLUMBING IS THE WAY TO GO! A million thanks to you and your crew Shannon!!!
O’Neill plumbing is the most trustworthy and honest plumbing service I have ever encountered. I decided to try and repair water damage by myself and when I reached an impasse I called O’Neill plumbing and Shannon picked up. He asked me to send photos and then gave excellent encouragement and coaching on how to resolve the issue and even followed up the next day unprompted. This is unprecedentedly excellent costumer service. You can rest assured that if you need plumbing done, you can rely and trust O’Neill Plumbing Services.
First of all the lady on the phone was so nice. She could tell I was stressed out and needed help. She was compassionate and very helpful. The plumber who came to the house was awesome. He rocks. He was down to earth, very knowledgeable, definitely helpful. I will use O’Neill Plumbing Service again.
I rarely write reviews but feel compelled to warn people. Shannon has an erratic temper, and I obviously caught him on a bad day. My wife called him and left a voicemail. He called back several hours later and we spoke for a few minutes while driving. I asked if we could send him a home inspection report describing our plumbing issue. He said no and told us to send photos instead. I sent him photos copied from our home inspection report but not the report itself. He called me and was extremely aggressive, stating that I personally "disrespected him" by using those photos instead of taking new ones. It was an honest misunderstanding. I thought Shannon said to not send the inspection report because he did not want to open a 40 page pdf, not because of any problem with the photos. Shannon didn't care. He proceeded to lecture me like a child. He stated that we should be lucky to work with a professional like him who answered on the first ring when we called. This was a lie. When we called Shannon, he did not answer so we left a voicemail. Shannon called us back hours later. He erupted when I pointed this out. It was a bizarre interaction, unlike any experience I have ever had with the dozens of plumbers, painters, and contractors I have used before. I have worked for numerous bosses in a decade as a professional. None of them spoke to me with as much condescension as Shannon. Spare yourself the stress and use someone else.
Everything went well. There is no more leak from the main water line. Shannon took charge and made sure his crew did everything correctly. He is what a leader is supposed to be in this line of work. I served in the USMC, and was not phased by his assertive approach to asking me questions and telling me what needs to be done. Price was reasonable for an all day job and for long lasting quality for the next 20-30 years.
