Victor was very knowledgeable with both HVAC and water heater. He also provided honest assessment so that I can make decisions regarding fix vs. buy. Day 2: Pete was very knowledgeable and helpful by providing me with "easy to understand" cost/benefit perspectives with regards to the different types of systems and different types of payment plans. Pete also followed through on a tricky installation schedule for me.

Raul Pinto was extremely kind and helpful in my decision to replace my hot water heater. He and another employee arrived early the next morning and explained what was going to happen. They completed the work and left the area in perfect condition. Raul showed me the finished job, gave me a receipt and left. I am very pleased with the entire process. Thank you M.E.Flow!
