Had a great experience with Bobby! He replaced our galvanized pipes that were leaking. He was so easy to work with - super responsive and professional, left the place all cleaned up, explained everything to us, etc. This was the second time we worked with him - the first time we’d had another plumber out 3 times to diagnose a problem and couldn’t figure out where the water was coming from. Bobby was able to come in and diagnose & fix the issue the first time!

I'm so thankful I found a reliable, professional plumber! I would recommend Dave to anyone who wants fast, friendly and quality service at a very fair price. There's no need to keep looking -- contact these guys right away. One of my tub faucets sprung a terrible leak and I was frantically contacting numerous companies who took over 24 hours to get in touch with me. As busy as he must be given his level of service, Dave responded within just a few hours and promised to come the next morning to fix it; he even offered his professional advice over the phone so I could try to stop the amount of water leaking in the meantime. He followed up in the morning to let me know his ETA and, once he arrived, got straight to work. The job was finished in record time and he kindly showed me how to adjust the water temperature should I ever need to do so. Utmost professional and overall nice guy. I will definitely call them the next time I need help.

I’ve used American Professional Plumbing Services twice. The first time was over a year ago when Dave installed a commercial sink and a shop sink for me. Today Bobby installed a water filtration system and replaced the controller for my pressure tank. Both of them were wonderful! They listened to my ideas and concerns and then built it even better than I had imagined! The price was awesome! I got two other estimates on the first job and Dave’s price was 1/4 of the estimate of another well known Loudoun County plumber. Also, they were able to work me into their schedule the very next day. Before they left, they took their time, walked me thru everything and made sure that I understood the systems. Great guys! I highly recommend them and give out their contact info to all of my friends.

BEST possible help you can ever hope to get! We met Bobby and David, about a year ago and at that time I thought that their work was amazing. Another year has gone by and they are better then the best. Each is a master plumber, with years of experience, but the nicest thing?... no job is too small for them. They are prompt, attentive to the task, they don't gauge your wallet, and any later questions or concerns are promptly addressed. Of course there never has been a "later" issue, the work was done correctly the first time. It's hard these days to find honest people; these two gentlemen are gentlemen of the highest degree - we are so, so very lucky to know them. P.S. - Jennifer, the Office Manager, works as hard as they do to schedule a repair always with a smile and assurance that the problem will be fixed. She's right!!

First off, I only write reviews for businesses that deserve my time. That said... after trying 3 other plumbers, I struck gold with American Professional Plumbing Services! Bobby came out, assessed the mess I had going on with improperly installed feed pipes, incorrect pressure switches... etc. He gave me an estimate that was so low I thought he was kidding! They also made time to complete all the work we needed the same day! I will post pictures when I get a chance... but his work is a thing of beauty and function! We have finally got proper water pressure from our well system!! Seriously, if you need a plumber, don't waste your time and money calling anyone else, CALL AMERICAN PROFESSIONAL PLUMBING SERVICES!!! You can thank me later. :)
