We had another contractor install a new toilet for us in our Master Bathroom in December of 2018. The wax seal around that installation failed and caused water to leak from the base. We were in a pickle as we planned to leave for the beach the following day. Through a referral, I called Flowthrough at 7:00am and they had someone at our door by 10:30a, ready to fix the issue to give us peace of mind while we were away. We have two other larger projects for our bathrooms that are on our radar, and we will be using Flowthrough Plumbing for those, and all of our future plumbing needs! They are simply fantastic!

A great team of people!! I gave them a challenge and they came through like champs. Kind and courteous they all have been, responsive to emails and calls, quick to schedule and willing to customize my crazy requirements. Plus all at a much lower cost than other quotes. Thank you Krista and Andy!

Don't bring your business here. This people are very unprofessional. They made a mistake on a work on my house. They send a guy one day that didn't recognized a problem on the valves of a bathroom sink; they said the problem was the faucet and that that day they didn't have time to fix it. Even thought they got me waiting 2 extra hours ; they just came for 5 minutes and left. But the problem continued and water damaged my ceiling. They had to come the day after on an emergency to stop the leak. The valves were off when they arrived here. No they are lying saying that the valves were on. They would lie to avoid responsibility for their mistakes. Don't go there!

When my sump pump failed over labor day weekend, my typical plumber referred Flowthrough to me. They were friendly and helpful on the phone and made time that day to replace it. They arrived a few minutes early. Both workers were polite and they took care of everything. After they left, I watched the sump pump run and I mistook what I now know to be a weep hole as a leak. I asked that they come back which they promptly did. They remained very polite, explained what a weep hole is, and also offered to replace it without a weep hole. I said I would be comfortable keeping it as is if they could show it to me in the installation manual, which they did. I apologized profusely for bringing them back to recheck correct labor. They had ever right to be annoyed but did not show any annoyance. I would definitely use them again. My normal plumber is also great. I appreciate how they referred me to Flowthrough!!

Keeler, Andrew and Doug are wonderful. they have helped us many times. I am so happy with them, that I recommended them to the construction company I work for. I just had an emergency come up with a toilet, and they were out to help. I also had an expensive emergency with my dog at the same time. when I asked Keeler if I could pay half this month and half next month, she very graciously said yes. this company is so kind and understanding.
