Had my A/C replaced by CroppMetcalfe after obtaining multiple quotes. They were fair, prompt and efficient in the execution of the work. They were responsive to my concerns and would endorse the quality of their work. Recent experience with plumbing was similar and in the future I intend to look no further for such services.

Recently had our furnace replaced by. CroppMetcalfe. Called them in evening of furnace breakdown. Tech showed up the next day by 8:15 AM!! and gave us the sad news ( I'd known for some time I needed to replace). The following day a whole host of crew showed up and replaced the furnace by afternoon. Gave us all instructions and met our expectation at all levels. For us, two working husband and wife, it was a perfect scheduling and accomodations by the company.

Daniel came out twice and was very helpful! We hope we don't have more problems with our heater but, if we do, we'd love to have him return to help us.
