Rulex Professional Plumbing

I selected Rulex plumbing to partner with us on our personal residence build. From the moment I met Rusmir (owner) and his men, I knew it would be a good fit.They were polite and professional throughout the entire process! This was not an ordinary plumbing job as we had multiple wall mounted faucets where measurements at rough-in were critical, pedestal tubs, gas appliances, etc. As a general contractor myself, we specialize in high-end retail and commercial buildings so the expectation we had for our own residence was very high. Rulex plumbing exceeded that expectation multiple times. The most important aspect of any business is relationships along with quality and this company maintains both exceptionally well.

We met Rusmir and his team through Floyd Environmental. Rulex did all the plumbing work for 2 of our bathrooms. At Christmas we experienced a leak in a hot water pipe under the foundation of our house. We called Rusmir. I watched his team break into the slab. I had literally a river running under my house. They baled out water and dug through mud and found the leak. I was impressed! It was like searching for a needle in a haystack! We then hired Rulex to remodel our 1/2 bath. I immediately handed over the key to my house because I knew I could trust him and his team. They did an outstanding job on my remodel! They finished the job in less than 4 days. They are very professional, punctual, and courteous. They keep you informed on the work progress. They are very neat and clean up after themselves. They are perfectionists in their work and it shows. They go above and beyond to satisfy their customers.I highly recommend them!
