Matt has been doing service for us for quite some time. He is always professional, and spends time explaining what parts or additional service we might need. Our system is over 15 years old, and it is still running great, thanks to Matt and his service.
Brendan was timely, called just before he arrived, got right to work. Seemed like he did a more thorough job than we've had before. He vacuumed the outside A/C unit and then washed it out. I don't remember that being done before. Because of his excellent service, I decided to renew the contract (which I previously had decided NOT to do). Great job Brendan.!!
The technician was skilled, knowledgeable and professional. I inquired about flushing the hot water tank and was given good information and then not pressured into doing the service. Based on the information that we were given, the service was performed and it most likely has extended the life of our hot water tank. Thank you
I got jacked around by these guys. I was shocked when they quoted us $1100+ to add refrigerant. I ended up having the job done for a tenth of their quote.
