My Buddy The Plumber Heating & Air

We have been very happy with the service from My Buddy The Plumber! We had our main line replaced by Jason and his crew. he did a fantastic job. We also had Shawn come and look over our AC as part of the membership plan. Both were very friendly and great at explaining the specifics in a way that made sense. I also appreciate the reminder calls and response from the dispatch center. Thanks for a great experience!

Needed a very slow drain cleared. We live in a very old house and have some pretty wonky plumbing. Upper floor sink drain was backing up into main floor sink. It was pretty gross, and was not something we could solve. Called early one morning, got a same day appointment. Brian was the plumber who was sent to help us. He was up front with the estimate, got the job done quickly, and checked a few time with different pressure to make sure it all worked. Best of all, the cost was significantly lower than I anticipated. Thanks Brian and My Buddy the Plumber. I will definitely call again when I need a plumber.

Our main backed up. We couldn’t get a plumber to come out to Cottonwood Heights in a timely manner except for My Buddy the Plumber. Jason showed up within 20 minutes of my call. He quickly analyzed the situation. Cleared the back up. Cleaned up after himself. Excellent work. We’ll recommend you to others.

John was very professional and showed up in a timely fashion. I have had them come out to my house a few times for plumbing and H-VAC work and they have always done a great job. They are a little more expensive than some other options but i have always been satisfied with their quality of work.

These guys are great. Always quick to respond and do a terrific job. They are friendly, courteous, and professional. Brian just helped us out with a kitchen drain problem and took care of the problem quickly and effectively. I've recommended them to friends and family and have hear no complaints.
