The electrician was thorough and polite. He checked out the circuits we were concerned about and made sure there was nothing wrong. The price was fair and predictable. The reason the review is only three stars is that it took a long time for him to get here. I called and scheduled an appointment for a couple weeks out. That would have been fine, but halfway through the service window (8-12) I called to get a better estimate of when he would be there and was told he had called in sick and they'd have to reschedule me. The rescheduled me for eleven days later. Eleven days later it was halfway through the service window (8-12) when I was called and told the electrician wouldn't be there until 11-1. At 1 I called again to find out when to expect him and was told it would be twenty minutes. Twenty minutes later I was told it would be an hour. I got the distinct impression that the company didn't care that they made me stay home waiting for them, and that they didn't respect my time much at all. The fact that they didn't even call me when they knew he had called in sick and the fact that he showed up two hours after the window tell me that the company doesn't really care about my time.
These guys are great! AC went out on a Saturday and was reading a 82- thermal lockout in high stage. I tested what I could and couldn’t resolve the issue so started working me way the AC folks in my area no one was available until I called Whipple. From the first interaction with the lady that answered the call and told me yes they would be able to help today was a great experience. She gathered some info and gave me a 4 hr window they would have someone out that was within an hour of me calling and then called back to confirm and narrow the window to two hrs and a third call to confirm technician was on his was way and when to expect him. When Bill arrived he put on booties when came into the house sat down and gathered some information on the problem and history which he entered into a tablet all digital and walked me through what to expect. He diagnosed the problem within minutes and showed me the part (Capacitor) and had the replacement part on his truck. He had the part installed and the system tested and back up and running in no time. These guys have earned my future business with the quality of employee they have in Bill, there step by step approach, and fair prices. Then even have a membership program I passed on this time but sounds like a pretty good deal and will probably join in the future. Sorry for the novel of a review but highly recommend these guys from my experience today! Thanks Whipple for saving us from the heat!
Service was excellent. They communicated along the way when the technician would arrive so I didn't have to sit home all day and wait. Jake was very friendly, explained things well, and was efficient with the repair. Our AC went out on a very hot day and they were able to schedule us same day. Overall, very satisfied.
Came out on a Sunday morning with AC not working. The tech was very nice, extremely informative, and gave me all of my options. He performed the repair quickly and I really felt I could trust him. His name was Ricardo, and anyone would be lucky to have him as their technician.
Just had electrical work done (8-20-19) by Todd, Dave, & Jason. They did a great job on a very hot day. They took time to make sure everything was to our needs & they were very courteous to us. I am glad we made this call (hope they are, as well, after a long day).
