Our technician Richard M. and his partner came in and installed our brand new furnace and ac unit. They did a wonderful and professional job. Came to fix a clogged toilet and had amazing customer service! They were here within 2 hrs of calling them and were on time with the appointment time given. I got exactly what I wanted and the price was reasonable. Super friendly service. They send you a picture of the plumber and name so that you know exactly who to expect at your door. Had an electrician (very professional and knowledgeable) come inspect our system and flip a breaker, which temporarily fixed the larger issue of the electrical system in our kitchen. However the problem wasn’t solved and when I called to request someone to come fix the issue I was told there would be a 10 day wait. Unacceptable for an issue that we were already assured was repaired.
