Drain Surgeons

Great company to work with! They sent Heath to come replace my hot water heater and fix my kitchen sink. Did an amazing job, was super kind, very clean, and fair. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber!

Keith or Heath came out, looked at our problem, called our warranty company to see if it was covered. It wasn’t. We still wanted them to do the job but they left, didn’t let us know. Made up a lie that my husband kicked them off the property, which wasn’t true, we wanted them to fix it anyway. We think it is because getting to the leak would be a lot of work and Keith or Heath didn’t want to do it (move stackable washer and dryer), etc. Next time admit you don’t want to do it instead of slandering someone.

We were referred by our home warranty to the drain surgeons and I’m so happy we were! Jesse came out after hours to help us with our water heater that had flooded our basement! I would refer drain surgeons to everybody! Quick honest and respectful!!!

I had a leak from my kitchen line down into my laundry room. I initially thought this was a small pipe and a quick fix but once the drywall opened up, technician Jesse was able to see that the pipe was cracked all the way up. He was very professional and explained the process to me, showing me the damage and making sure I knew what was going on. He had to make 3 trips to the store to get parts and did not charge me for travel. The access and repair was messy but he cleaned it all up when he was done and did the repair in a timely manner. Great customer service, professional, affordable, will recommend to everyone. 10/10. Thanks guys!

The repairman from Drain Surgeons proposed simple solutions to what we thought was a complicated problem. His diagnosis and repairs were quickly implemented and our leak is gone! I highly recommend this company.
