Prompt response in scheduling (same day) but the plumber was not pleasant and no uniform, visual identification, tools or note pad. Made me very uneasy. I felt as if I had interrupted his life. He was here no more than 5 mins and was suppose to look at two toilets per the work order issued by my home warranty but would only check one. I called my warranty company and stated my concerns and did not want him or anyone else from that company in my home and thankfully they complied.

Love the service of Adan from 1st American Plumbing. He show up on time, was super nice and professional. he knows what he was doing and must important he is very honest. By explaining what is the situation and what can be done step by step and the possibility of what could happened, making me fell that I can trust on him. Best of all he delivered a great job and keep the communication doing the process. I will recommend Adam to all my friends and family.

The quote process was prompt and easy. They don’t answer their phones, they don’t return calls from messages left on voicemail and the email address provided doesn’t work. Good luck with any follow up, questions or getting work actually scheduled.

We recently had contracted out 1st American to replace some aging pipes with fresh ones. Adam had come out to the place and did a great job being sensitive to our concerns to minimize holes needing to be cut and patched. He was able to complete the work in a good time frame and was respectful of our home. I would also mention that their dispatcher Dave is very responsive and attentive to clients. I would recommend.

Honest technicians. They couldn't determine if the problem with my system was due to their install or some other fault so they repaired it at no expense.
