Drain Tech Plumbing

Needed some help with a new hot water heater. The owner of the company came out and had everything installed and setup quickly and neatly. Very professional, excellent work. They didn't try to add stuff on I didn't need or tack on a bunch of extras to make more money. It's hard to find a honest contractor these days who does good quality work for a fair price.

Had a drain plugged. They came out.. After pouring water down the drain from a bucket I gave him and letting the washer drain where it wasn't draining before (main drain) it drained this morning for him. He was here fifteen minutes and charged me $85 for pouring water and telling me it's not plugged anymore. 9:30 invoice on 7/22/19. If you have integrity you'll reimburse me

Eli from drain tech came to our home for a problem we had with our toilet. He checked everything out, and explained that the toilet itself needed to be replaced. He didn't want to charge us for something he knew would not fix the problem. I'm grateful! Highly reccomend! Thanks Eli!

They do a lot of work for our company, Welch Randall. Their staff is extremely friendly and very responsive. They are really good about calling us while they're on a job to keep us updated on what is going on as they're addressing the issue. I highly recommend their company and their services!
