Connect Heating and Air is professional, knowledgeable, honest and up front. They gave us options that would work with our needs and budget. They went the extra mile by taking down our swamp cooler and sealing up the hole as part of the work. (Other companies wouldn't do that) They were on time and friendly and good priced. Schawn was great to be in touch during the whole process and even checked back with us to make sure we were happy with our A/C and the work done. Jose was amazing as our installer by making sure everything was done just right. I would definitely ask for him again if we needed more work done. I highly recommend Connect....5 stars for sure!

Connect Heating & Air has been to our home several times now. We know who to expect and when since they send a brief bio with photo shortly before the technician arrives. The technicians have all been knowledgeable, courteous, provided good service and recommendations which are reasonable and logical.

Don’t call this place if you need heating and air services! Our air conditioner stopped working, so we called this company for a quote. When their representative arrived, I explained to him that we had the refrigerant replaced last year. Their representative clearly was in a hurry and didn’t want to be there. He took a quick look at it and said, “well, your refrigerant is low. I can just refill it.” I explained to him again that we did that last year; so obviously there’s another issue that also needs to be resolved. He replied that we should, “just try that.” Total waste of time! Their representative was just as useless in solving my air conditioning problem as if they’d sent out a clown juggling balls on unicycle. To add insult to injury the guy wanted $120 just for showing up! He didn’t even do any work! Fortunately, I called and hired their competitor Black Diamond who came out and took the time to diagnose the problem properly, and solve it competently. Interestingly, they only charged me $79 a pound for the refrigerant portion of the bill- which was less than half the amount Connect’s representative wanted for that portion of the service. Also, they don’t charge customers just for providing a quote. It’s outrageous that Connect sends out representatives that don’t take the time to properly diagnose and solve your air conditioning issues; and then wants to charge you for their lazy, incompetent quote.

Had a great experience with them replacing our AC and Furnace. Very knowledgeable. Good prices.

These guys are here right now putting in a Central Air, they are clean, careful and respectful of your property.... professional and very knowledgeable. They gave us an awesome quote, worked with their team for the install... had no problems or issues... fixed small little problems that weren't part of the service without question and for FREE... walked thru and educated us on what we needed to know and do with our new system. Shawn, you and your team just gained a customer for life, thank you and your team for everything!
