Awesome service! Last night our AC went out, there was water leaking all over the place and we had to turn the unit off. We haven’t had this happen before so naturally we were worried. I contacted a few places online, it was past ten pm on a Saturday night. I heard back from Austin bright and early Sunday morning. (I still haven’t heard from the other places) he said that he could come out between 11-12. He called when he was on his way to provide an ETA. Once he arrived he quickly diagnosed the problem and took quick action to remedy it. He was in and out in an hour and we have a pleasantly cool house. He made sure we understood what the trouble was with our unit and educated us on steps to take to not have the issue happen again in the future. He was very friendly and professional. Had a Water line leak in the main line we thought we could get away with doing just a partial repair but turned out we had multiply leaks in the line and had to do a Full line repair they were able to change there plans to do a full repair and get it done really fast. They even were able to locate and fix other problems with my sewer line and with some faulty install of the lines when my townhouse was built. It was a expensive fix but they were competitive with the other bid, the owner and employees where hardworking, knowledgeable and very polite and they did there best to minimize any yard/driveway damage. I'm confident they did a solid fix and that I shouldn't have any issues in the future and it helps they give a 3 year warranty rather then a one like the other bid, that will give me piece of mind thru the next few winters just in case.

First of all shout out to David! My husband called Plumbing Utah on a short notice at 8:30 at night for a massive clog in the basement, and they immediately arranged a service for us. David came out within 20 minutes and saved our lives! He was super friendly, generous and extremely helpful. He unclogged the drain and also cleaned out the entire main drain line for us. He's also helped us checking a pipe issue that has bothered me since we moved in to this house. Thank you David for such a great job! We hired Plumbing Utah to fix the motor on our swamp cooler. While they were here, I also had them look at the shaft of the swamp cooler that goes from the roof, to the ceiling. It was made of wood and was rotting away. Austin was amazing. He was able to give me an affordable quote, fixed what turned out to be a broken bolt on the swamp cooler and replaced the wood shaft with a tin one. He was fast, efficient and I would recommend them to anyone. I will most definitely be using them again in the future.
